What can I view on the Spotlights analytics?

Spotlight Analytics are broken down into two sections:

Analytics Overview: This displays aggregate data including:

  • Pending Audience Estimate
  • Unique Viewers
  • Engaged
  • Snoozed
  • Average Time Spent Viewing

Analytics by User: This displays a list of all Viewers that have access to the Spotlight, including:

  • Viewers Name
  • Viewed: If the Spotlight was viewed
  • Engaged: If the viewer clicked on the blue action button
  • Last Viewed:  Date of the last view
  • Snoozed:  How many times the Spotlight was snoozed
  • Average Time Spent Viewing: This is the TOTAL time spent viewing the Spotlight including the time snoozed.
    • Example: A viewer snoozes 3 times totaling 10 seconds and then spends 7 seconds engaging with the spotlight and selects the blue action button.  The total time spent would be 10 +7 = 17 seconds.
