How to View File Analytics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Open the File you'd like analytics on.
3.) Click the Bar Graph icon.
4.) From this screen, you will be able to see the following:
- Total # of Internal Views
- Total # of External Share Links
- Total # of External Views
- Breakdown of Internal Views
- Breakdown of Internal Reactions
NOTE: You will be able to filter by Team and download the results in a CSV.
How to View Share Link Analytics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Navigate to the Analytics tab.
3.) Click on Share Links.
4.) From this dashboard, you will be able to see the following:
- Name of the Company Name
- Name of the Content
- Date the Content Shared Link was Created
- Last View Date
- Total Number of Views
How to Get a Drilldown into Specific Company Share Link Analytics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Navigate to the Analytics tab.
3.) Click on Share Links.
4.) Click the specific Company.
5.) Click the ... ellipsis.
6.) Click View All Share Link Activity.
7.) From this dashboard, you will be able to see the following:
- Total # of Unique Viewers
- Total # of Views
- Total Time Spent Viewing
- Last Viewed Date
- First Created Date
- Recent Views
