How to access Knowledge Check analytics from the Knowledge Check Tab

Analytics are available for published and archived Knowledge Checks as soon as 1 user has submitted a response. They are accessible by Account Admin, Team Admin, or Experts.

Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Knowledge Checks Dashboard

 

Scroll down to the Knowledge Checks Assigned table.

How to Review Question Performance

Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Knowledge Checks Dashboard

 

Scroll down to the User Question Performance table.

How to filter content

You can filter Knowledge Checks in three different ways:

 

Option 1: Use the Team, User Name, or Knowledge Check drop-down

At the top of the Knowledge Check Dashboard page, there will be a drop-down for Teams, User Names, and Knowledge Checks. Select a drop-down to filter the data on the table.

Option 2: Use the funnel-icon

On the right-hand side of the tables, click on the funnel icon

Option 3: Sort table columns

By clicking the column headers of the table, you can sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.

How to access Knowledge Check analytics from the Knowledge Check Tab

1.) Open the Spekit Web App. 

2.) Click Wiki.

3.) Click on the Knowledge Checks tab.

4.) Select the Knowledge Check to view.

5.) Click on the Analytics tab.

6.) On the Analytics tab, the following information is available:

  • List of users eligible for the Knowledge Check
  • Date users completed the Knowledge Check
  • The score the user received overall and broken down by question
  • User status of passed or failed
  • Percentage of users who have passed 
  • The overall average score of users who have taken the Knowledge Check
  • The number of attempts, if retakes were enabled for the Knowledge Check

The analytics are downloadable as a CSV file. 

 

NOTE: If a user has no data next to their name, they have not completed the Knowledge Check.
