Understanding Trackable Links Analytics

Detailed content analytics for Trackable Links are available in the Spekit Web App. To access this data, you must have Trackable Links enabled and Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access to the Analytics tab. How to View General Trackable Links Analytics

1.) Open the Spekit Web App

2.) Hover over My Hub, and select Trackable Links.

3.) In this view, you’ll find key details for each Trackable Link, including:

• Company Name / Associated Salesforce Account

• Linked Salesforce Opportunity

• Opportunity Amount

• Number of Trackable Links created

• Last Viewed Date

• Total Number of Views

• A Search Bar to quickly find a specific company or opportunity

How to View a Specific Trackable Link's Analytics

1.) Open the Spekit Web App

2.) Hover over My Hub, and select Trackable Links.

3.) Click a specific Company.

4.) From here, you will see all data around recent activity and share links sent to that organization. From this dashboard, you will be able to see the following: 

• Total # of Unique Viewers, Total # of Views, and Total Time Spent Viewing
• Creation Date and Last Viewed Date
• Recent Activity
• Trackable Links: A breakdown of each Trackable Link's created date, last viewed date, total views, and time spent viewing.

5.) Click on the ellipsis [...] on the Trackable Link to do any of the following actions:

• View Link Activity
• Preview Share Link
• Copy Link URL
