How to View Buyer Engagement Metrics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Navigate to the Analytics tab.
3.) Click on Buyer Engagement.
4.) From this dashboard, you will be able to see the following:
- Total Sends with SmartSend: The overall number of SmartSend links shared.
- Unique SmartSend Users: The number of individual users sending SmartSend links.
- Top SmartSend Users: A list of your most active SmartSend users.
- Companies Engaging with SmartSend Links: Which companies have interacted with your shared content.
- Total External Views: How many times your SmartSend links have been viewed.
- External Links Sent with SmartSend: The volume of links reaching external audiences.
