Detailed content analytics are available for the Spekit Web App. You must have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access to the Analytics tab on the Web App.
What is the Content Creation Dashboard?
The Content Creation Dashboard is designed to give admins and content managers a detailed view of all content being created, updated, and shared within your organization. From tracking Speks, files, and topics to monitoring top creators, this dashboard provides key insights to optimize your content strategy and drive more meaningful engagement across your teams.

Gain valuable insights into your content strategy by tracking content growth, identifying top contributors, and monitoring which content is most engaging for your team. Optimize your content management process and ensure your team stays productive.
How to Review Overall Content Creation
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Content Creation.
3.) At the top of the dashboard, you will see a summary of:
- Total number of Domains, Topics, Speks, and Files.
- Last Created and Last Edited Dates for recent content.
4.) Analyze Content Trends.
- Topics Created by Month: This section displays the number of new topics created over time, helping you see when new topics are added.
- Content Created by Month: This provides insights into how many Speks and Files are being created each month, allowing you to spot trends in content production.
How to View Recently Created or Updated Content
If you're interested in seeing which content was recently added or updated, the Recently Created Speks and Recently Updated Speks tables help you quickly review recent activity and ensure it aligns with your content goals.
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Content Creation.
3.) Scroll down to the Recently Created Speks table. Here you can view details like the Spek name, creation date, creator name, whether it’s externally shareable, related Topics, and total views.
4.) Now, scroll down to the Recently Updated Speks table. This table shows the last edited date, Spek expert, Topic names, total views in the last 90 days, and total views overall.
How to Track Top Creators
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Content Creation.
3.) Scroll down to the Top Creators section. This shows the list of the most active content creators in your organization.
4.) View Creator Insights: For each creator, you’ll see their total number of Speks created, helping you identify who is contributing the most content.
5.) Actionable Steps: Recognize your top creators, ensure they have the support they need, and consider leveraging them to drive further content creation or act as mentors for others.
How to Filter Content Creation Data
You will be able to filter data in three different ways:
- Use the drop-downs at the top of the page
- Use the funnel-icons
- Sort table columns
- Toggle to exclude data
Option 1: Use the drop-downs at the top of the page.
At the top of the Content Creation Dashboard, you will see multiple empty drop-downs. Selecting these drop-downs will filter the data by the option selected.
Option 2: Use the funnel-icons
On the right-hand side of the tables, click on the funnel icon.
Option 3: Sort table columns
By clicking the column headers of the table, you will be able to sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.
Option 4: Toggle to exclude data
At the top of the Content Creation Dashboard, you'll find a toggle. By adjusting this toggle, you can choose to include or exclude data based on your selected options.
How to Download Data
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Content Creation.
3.) Find the table you would like to download.
4.) Click the download icon.
5.) Click download.
6.) Select the download format, and click download.
