The Spotlight Analytics Dashboard is available in the Spekit Web App, designed to provide Account Admins, Team Admins, and Experts with actionable insights into Spotlight engagement.
What is the Spotlights Dashboard?
The Spotlight Analytics Dashboard is an advanced tool built into the Spekit Web App to help Account Admins, Team Admins, and Experts understand and optimize their Spotlight usage. It provides a detailed and interactive overview of how Spotlights perform across your organization, empowering teams to leverage this feature effectively.
This dashboard equips you with both high-level trends and granular details, giving you the flexibility to zoom in or out depending on your analysis needs.
Why you should use the Spotlight Dashboard?
The Spotlight Dashboard helps you enhance engagement by identifying trends that improve Spotlight effectiveness. It allows you to track performance by monitoring key metrics to measure success. Using the insights provided, you can make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize your Spotlight strategy.
How to Review Overall Spotlight Engagement
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Spotlights Dashboard.
The Spotlight Dashboard provides a detailed view of user interactions with Spotlights, both overall and for individual Spotlights. It includes the following insights:
- Engagement Metrics: Track total views, snoozes, and clicks for Spotlights.
- Event Visualization: A line graph displays trends in clicks, snoozes, and views over time.
- User Activity Table: View user-specific data such as user name, Spotlight name, last view date, total views, dismissals, and clicks.
- Spotlight Status Summary: See totals for Spotlights created, published, and expired.
With filtering options, you can refine the data by user, date range, or individual Spotlight, making it easy to analyze and optimize engagement.
How to Filter User Data
You will be able to filter the dashboard in three different ways:
Option 1: Use the drop-downs at the top of the page.
In the middle of the Spotlights Dashboard, you will see multiple empty drop-downs. Selecting these drop-downs will filter the data by the option selected.
Option 2: Use the funnel-icons
On the right-hand side of the table, click on the funnel icon.
Option 3: Sort table columns
By clicking the column headers of the table, you will be able to sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.
How to Download Data
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Spotlights.
3.) Find the table you would like to download.
4.) Click the download icon.
5.) Click download.
6.) Select the download format, and click download.
How to Share Dashboard
1.) Open the Spekit Web App, and navigate to the Analytics tab.
2.) Click Spotlights.
3.) Click Share. You'll have three sharing options:

Download: Save the dashboard as a PDF.

Send to Email: Email a PDF of the dashboard to yourself or a colleague.
