What is a Spotlight?
Spotlights are powerful, in-app alerts designed to deliver critical information to your team exactly when and where they need it. More than just a simple pop-up, a Spotlight is a dynamic communication tool that can include videos, links to Speks or other web resources, and even a message acknowledgment feature to confirm that your team has seen a key update. They're built for just-in-time communication, ensuring your message lands at the most impactful moment.
Why should you use Spotlights?
Spotlights help you drive alignment and ensure your team doesn't miss crucial information. They can be used to:

- Announce new resources.
- Send time-sensitive alerts.
- Engage employees with new tools.
You can set Spotlights to appear when a user logs into a specific tool, navigates to a certain URL, or simply when they open Spekit. This versatility ensures your message is delivered exactly when it's most relevant.
Where are Spotlights located?
You can view and manage all of your team's Spotlights from the Spekit Web App.

2.) Click Team Hub.
3.) Click Spotlights.
