What is a Spotlight?
Spotlights are in-app alerts in the form of a pop-up, designed to drive alignment through just-in-time communication. Spotlights can have videos, acknowledgment of a message, and links to Speks, Topics, or other web resource destinations.
Why should you use Spotlights?
Spotlights can communicate new process changes, announce new resources, send time-sensitive alerts, and engage employees with new tools.
Spotlights happen directly in a User’s flow of work. The Spotlight can appear when a User logs into a tool, navigates to a specific URL, or simply when opening up Spekit. With so much versatility in where Spotlights can pop up, you can ensure that your team doesn’t miss any crucial updates.
