Need to find or manage a Spotlight? Once you've created a Spotlight, you can easily search, filter, sort, clone, and delete it. You must have Account Admin, Team Space Admin, or Expert access to manage Spotlights.

How to search for a Spotlight
To find a specific Spotlight, you can use the search bar:
- Open the Spekit Web App or Spekit Chrome Extension.
- Search for the Spotlight.
- Select the Spotlights tab to filter by Spotlights.
How to filter Spotlights
- Open the Spekit Web App.
- Click Team Hub, and select Spotlight.

Set the Spotlight Filter criteria. Use the filter options to narrow your results by:
- Content: Find Spotlights linked to a specific Spek, Topic, or URL.
- Published Timeframe: Filter by a specific date range.
- Status: See Spotlights that are Published, a Draft, or Expired.
- Creator: Find Spotlights made by a specific person.
- Targeting: See Spotlights targeted to a specific team or URL.
- Click the Apply Filters button.
How to sort Spotlights
- Open the Spekit Web App.
- Click Wiki.
- Click Spotlights.
- Click to select your desired sort order.
How to clone a Spotlight
Web App Instructions
- Open the Spekit Web App.
- Click Team Hub, and select Spotlight.
- Click the gray box ellipsis [...] at the right-hand side of the Spotlight.
- Click Clone.
- Rename the Spotlight according to your requirement.
- Click Publish.
Chrome Extension Instructions
- Open the Spekit Chrome Extension sidebar.
- Search for the Spotlight.
- Select the Spotlights tab to filter by Spotlights.
- Click on the Spotlight you would like to clone. The Spotlight module will pop up.
- Click Clone.
- Click Edit. Adjust the settings and name of the Spotlight according to your requirements.
- Click Publish.
How to delete Spotlights
Web App Instructions
- Open the Spekit Web App.
- Click Wiki.
- Click Spotlights.
- Click the gray box ellipsis [...] at the right-hand side of the Spotlight.
- Click Delete. A prompt will appear asking: "Are you sure? This will delete permanently."
- Click Yes. You will receive a blue confirmation message.
Chrome Extension Instructions
- Open the Spekit Chrome Extension sidebar.
- Use the search bar to find the Spotlight.
- Click the gray box ellipsis [...] at the right-hand side of the Spotlight.
- Click Delete. A prompt will appear asking: "Are you sure? This will delete permanently."
- Click Yes. You will receive a blue confirmation message.
How to access snoozed or previously reviewed Spotlights
If a user closes a Spotlight, they can still access it from the notification center as long as it hasn't expired.
- Open the Spekit Web App or Spekit Chrome Extension.
- Click the Notification Bell icon.
- Click on the Spotlight notification to view it again.
NOTE: If a Spotlight has expired, the notification will remain, but you won't be able to open the content.
