How to Use the Rich Text Editor in Spotlights?

Our rich text editor for Spotlights offers several tools to help you create clear and engaging content. You can copy and paste content from other sites, and the formatting and lists will be retained.

Toolbar Functions:

1. Undo: Use Ctrl+Z to undo actions.
2. Text Formatting: Apply font color and background color.
3. Text Emphasizing: Apply bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough. Keyboard shortcuts work here as well.
4. Lists: Create bulleted or numbered lists.
5. Indent: Indent text or lists to create an organized structure.
   • Allowed: The first line starts left-most, and each following line can indent one level further, or move back as many levels as needed.
   • Not allowed: Starting with a list that's already indented and indenting multiple levels at once on the next line.
6. Text Alignment: Align text to the left, center, or right.
7. Special Characters: Add emojis and other special characters.
