Why do I get a blank page when clicking a link to a Spek?
If you are taken to a blank page when clicking a link to a Spek or Topic the most common cause is that you are not a member of a Team that has access to the Spek or Topic. You will land on the page displayed below, letting you know that you don't have access to the content.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1.) Verify the Teams your member belongs to.
2.) Find the Topic that the Spek belongs to.
3.) Edit the Topic and check the Teams that can access this topic.
4.) Ensure your user is a member of one or more of those Teams.

Why are Spekit icons not showing up?
If you don't see the Spekit icon please check you have the following:
1.) Make sure you have a definition saved for the term in order for the visual cue icon to show up next to it.
2.) If in Salesforce, make sure you've imported the object you're documenting.
3.) To define objects, fields, and picklists in Salesforce, make sure you define the associated Spek type.
- For example, the Lead Source field will already have an undefined Spek placeholder for you if you've imported the Lead Object.
- You don't need to create a Custom Spek for any imported object, field or picklist value in Salesforce - simply highlight the label, and type "S" on your keyboard. This will pull up the correct Spek for that field.
- You can then click into it and define it.
If you are not in Salesforce, make sure Spekit icons are enabled on the website. Please note that this feature is limitedly compatible with certain web applications, such as Adobe Workfront.
