How to Manage Speks

Once your Speks are created, use these tools to organize, reorder, and manage them within a Topic.

1. How to Add a Spek to a Topic

New Spek

1. Create a new Spek using one of the three methods described here.
2. After you've named the Spek and added content, add the Topic by searching or manually scrolling through the drop-down list.

Existing Spek

1. Open the Spek using Search, Content View, or from a Topic.
2. Open the Spek and click on Edit.
3. Add the Topic by searching or manually scrolling and selecting it.
4. Save the Spek once done.

2. Actions You Can Take on Content

Beyond rearranging, you can take several actions directly within a Topic or Content view to keep your library organized:

• Edit or Hide individual Speks and Files.
• Delete content individually, from the Chrome Extension, or in bulk using Bulk Actions.
• Clone existing Speks to create similar content quickly.
