Salesforce Integration
Does Spekit require a Salesforce integration?
❌ No. Spekit works independently of Salesforce. It can be used as an internal or external knowledge base, an onboarding tool, or a centralized source of truth, and it can be accessed across multiple applications.
Login & Access Issues
I was invited to Spekit by the Account Admin, but I can’t log in. What should I do?
Contact your internal Spekit administrator for help. Spekit supports the following login methods:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Salesforce login
Spekit username and password
Language & Localization
Can I use Spekit if my primary language isn’t English?
✅ Yes.Users with a System Administrator profile can connect using a non-English language setting. Standard field labels will display in English, while custom objects will appear in your selected language.
