Learn how to log into your Spekit account. Ensure your company has sent you an invite before proceeding. Any Spekit user can follow these steps to access their account.
How can I log in to Spekit Web App?
1.) To log into Spekit, click here to get to the Spekit Web App.
2.) Enter the email address or username connected to your organization. This will direct you to your organization's login method. There are four ways to log into your Spekit account:
Log in via SSO
If your company is using SSO to access Spekit, you will likely have two different methods to log in.
1.) Locate the tile from your SSO home page.
2.) Choose Spekit, then you will be passed through to the Spekit Web App.
Log in via Salesforce and Salesforce Sandbox
1.) Click here to open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Enter the email address or username connected to your organization.
3.) Click Login with Salesforce, or Login with Salesforce Sandbox.
4.) Click your Salesforce Username or enter your Salesforce credentials.
- You will be routed to your Salesforce page.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, you will be presented with a View All Logins option. This option appears when you have multiple accounts associated with your email address.
Login via Spekit account/username
1.) Click here to get to the Spekit Web App.
2.) Enter the email address or username connected to your organization.
3.) Enter your Spekit username and password.
4.) Click the Login button.
5.) Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email associated with your Spekit account.
- You will be routed to the Home page in the Spekit Web App.
How do I download and install the Spekit Chrome Extension?
1.) Click here to download the Spekit Chrome Extension from the Google Chrome Web store.
2.) Click Add to Chrome.
3.) Click Add Extension.
To Pin the Chrome Extension:
4.) Once the extension has been added, click the puzzle icon in the chrome bar.
5.) Click on the pin icon to make the Spekit icon available in the top right bar for easy access.
Once the Extension finishes downloading, you will be redirected to the Spekit Web App.
Note: If you are not already logged in to the Spekit Web App before downloading the extension, you will be redirected to the Spekit login page as shown below.
How do I log into the Spekit Chrome Extension?
There are four ways to log into your Spekit account:
Log in via Salesforce
1.) Click the Spekit icon to open the Spekit Chrome Extension.
2.) Click Login to Spekit.
3.) You will be routed to the Spekit login page.
4.) Enter the email address or username connected to your organization.
5.) Click Login with Salesforce.
6.) Click your Salesforce Username or enter your Salesforce credentials.
- You will be routed to the Home page in the Spekit Web App.
Login via Spekit account/username
1.) Click the Spekit icon to open the Spekit Chrome Extension.
2.) Click Login to Spekit.
3.) You will be routed to the Spekit login page. Enter the email address or username connected to your organization.
4.) Enter your Spekit username and password.
5.) Click the blue Login button.
6.) Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email associated with your Spekit account.
- You will be routed to the Home page in the Spekit Web App.
Note: The login flow is the same from the Spekit Web App and the Spekit Chrome Extension.
