In-App Analytics for Knowledge Checks

See how your team is doing on a specific Knowledge Check without leaving the assessment itself. This quick, in-app view gives you completion status, scores, and pass/fail results at a glance — no need to open the full Analytics tab.

How to Access Knowledge Check Analytics from the Knowledge Check Tab

1. Open the Spekit Web App.
2. Click Hub.
3. Select Knowledge Check.
4. There are two ways to open the in-app analytics from here:
   1. Open the Knowledge Check and navigate to the Analytics tab.
   2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the Knowledge Check and select Analytics.

What You'll See on the Analytics Tab

• List of users eligible for the Knowledge Check
• Date users completed the Knowledge Check
• The score the user received overall and broken down by question
• User status of passed or failed
• Percentage of users who have passed
• The overall average score of users who have taken the Knowledge Check
• The number of attempts, if retakes were enabled for the Knowledge Check

Note: If a user has no data next to their name, they have not completed the Knowledge Check. The analytics are downloadable as a CSV file.
