Learn how to preview and manage Knowledge Checks. Make sure you have the Chrome Extension installed and are logged into Spekit to begin. You must have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert permissions to revise Knowledge Checks.
How to Preview a Knowledge Check
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Click Wiki.
3.) Click on the Knowledge Checks tab.
4.) Open the Knowledge Check you would like to preview.
5.) Click the Eye Icon on the top of the page to preview the Knowledge Check.
NOTE: The Knowledge Check preview will open in the Spekit Chrome Extension.
How to Edit a Published Knowledge Check
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Click Wiki.
3.) Click on the Knowledge Checks tab.
4.) Open the Knowledge Check you would like to edit.
5.) You will be able to make limited changes to published Knowledge Checks.
- Question structure (correct answer designation), the number of questions, and the passing score can not be edited once the Knowledge Check has been published.
- Note: Additional Teams can be added to the audience of a published Knowledge Check: However, a Team cannot be removed from a published Knowledge Check at this time.
6.) Click Publish Changes when you are done making changes.
How does Knowledge Check scoring work?
Knowledge Checks are scored on a pass/fail basis. The creator of the Knowledge Check will be able to select the number of correct answers required to pass. The user will be told whether they have answered enough questions correctly to pass when they complete the Knowledge Check.
How to allow users to retake a Knowledge Check
1.) Open the Spekit Web App.
2.) Click Wiki.
3.) Click on the Knowledge Checks tab.
4.) Open the Knowledge Check you would like to allow users to retake.
5.) Click the Settings button.
6.) Click the checkbox next to Allow users to retake.
7.) Click Publish.
