Can anyone with the Chrome Extension access Spekit?
✅ Yes.Anyone with the Spekit Chrome Extension installed in Google Chrome and an active Spekit user account can access Spekit.
How long does the Spekit Chrome Extension stay logged in?
The Spekit Chrome Extension stays logged in until you manually log out.
How can I check that I’m logged into the correct Spekit instance?
You can verify your logged-in instance in two ways:
From the Spekit Chrome Extension
Click the Spekit icon in Chrome (upper right).
Click the ellipsis (… ) and select Settings.
Under Logged in as, confirm the instance shown below your name.
From the Spekit Web App
Click your Profile icon.
Select Profile from the dropdown.
The instance shown in the Web App should always match what’s displayed in the Chrome Extension.

Can we customize the Chrome Extension branding to match our company’s brand?

Dock Settings & Visibility
What sites will the Spekit Dock show up on by default?
By default, the Spekit Dock appears on:
All Salesforce pages
The Spekit Web App
You can confirm whether the Dock is enabled on a specific site by opening the site, clicking the Chrome Extension icon, and reviewing the Settings section.
Can I control which sites the Dock appears on for all company users?
Yes and no:
Individual control: Each user can toggle the Dock on or off for specific domains in their Chrome Extension settings.
Company-wide enablement: To mass-enable Dock visibility across your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@spekit.co with the list of domain URLs.
If I turn off “Show sidebar dock,” does that apply everywhere?
❌ No. The Show sidebar dock setting is domain-specific. However, Dock size settings (Expanded or Minimized) apply universally across all domains.
Are there recommended default Dock settings?
✅ Yes.Spekit recommends leaving the default Dock settings unchanged unless you have a specific reason to modify them.
