Learn how to log in to the Spekit Chrome Extension. Ensure you have the Spekit Chrome Extension installed before proceeding. Any Spekit user can follow these steps to access their account.
How to add Spekit Chrome Extension and log in
Download the Spekit Chrome Extension here. Once you download the Spekit Chrome Extension - In Google Chrome, pin the Spekit Chrome Extension.
There are four ways to log into your Spekit account:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Salesforce
- Salesforce Sandbox Account
- Spekit Account and Password
Log in via Salesforce:
1.) Click the Spekit icon to open the Spekit Chrome Extension.
2.) Click Login to Spekit.
3.) You will be routed to the Spekit login page.
4.) Click View all log in options.
5.) Click Login with Salesforce.
6.) Click your Salesforce Username or enter your Salesforce credentials. You will be routed to the Home page in the Spekit Web App.
Login via Spekit account/username:
1.) Click the Spekit icon to open the Spekit Chrome Extension.
2.) Click Login to Spekit.
3.) You will be routed to the Spekit login page.
4.) Enter your Spekit username and password.
5.) Click the blue Login button.
6.) Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email associated with your Spekit account. You will be routed to the Home page in the Spekit Web App.
NOTE: The login flow is the same from the Spekit Web App and the Spekit Chrome Extension.
How to install and Pin Spekit from the Web App
If you see the banner shown in the screenshot below.
1.) Click Install now from the banner. A new tab will open to the Google Chrome web store. You will now be on the listing for Spekit.
2.) Click Add to Chrome.
3.) Click Add Extension.
4.) Click the puzzle piece icon in the upper right.
5.) Click the transparent pin icon to the right where it says Spekit.
The pin icon you just clicked on now appears blue for Spekit, and the Spekit logo icon is now visible to click on to open the Spekit Chrome Extension.
How to add the Spekit shortcut in Google Chrome
Activate Spekit by going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts
Add your custom shortcut to open Spekit on demand from any window.
