Once you create a Learning Path in the Spekit Web App, you'll have access to a set of tools to help you manage, assign, and track progress.
- Name & Icon: Displays the Learning Path name and icon.
- Status: Indicates whether the Learning Path is Draft, Published, or Archived.
- Settings: Update the name and icon, assign teams, set a due date, and target the Learning Path to specific domains so it appears in the Spekit sidebar on relevant webpages.
- Share: Copy and share the Learning Path link. Only assigned users can access it.
- Archive: Archive the Learning Path when it's no longer needed.
- Notify Users: Notify assigned teams via email or in-app notification, with the option to include a custom message.
- Analytics: Track progress by user and by team, including completion rates.
- Reorder Content: Drag and drop to rearrange content within the Learning Path.
- Add Content: Add resources in multiple ways:
- Content Library: Browse existing Spekit content
- Create Content: Build new content with templates, embeds, or AI
- Upload Files: Add PDFs, presentations, documents, and more
- Knowledge Checks: Create from scratch, generate with AI, or add existing quizzes
- Collapse Sidebar: Hide the content panel for a more focused viewing experience.
- Content Actions: Interact with individual items — rename, favorite, view version history, download, copy, or view analytics.
- Edit Content: Make updates to individual pieces of content directly within the Learning Path.
