Can I control the order of content in a Learning Path?
Yes. Content order is controlled by admins and can be updated using drag-and-drop.
Access, Assignments & Visibility
Can I assign a Learning Path to an individual user?
No. At this time assignments are team-based only. Individual and dynamic assignments are coming soon.
How do users access a Learning Path?
Assigned users can find Learning Paths in My Hub → Assigned to Me in both the web app and Chrome Extension.
Can users complete Learning Paths in the Chrome Extension?
Yes. Users can complete assigned Learning Paths directly in the Spekit Chrome Extension.
Editing, Updates & Lifecycle Management
What happens if I edit a Learning Path after publishing it?
Changes such as adding, removing, or reordering content are reflected immediately for all assigned users.
Do users lose progress if a Learning Path is updated?
No. User progress is retained even when updates are made.
What happens if I remove content from a Learning Path?
Removed content will no longer appear for new users, but existing users may still have access depending on prior interaction and permissions.
Can I delete a Learning Path once it's published?
No. Published Learning Paths cannot be deleted, but they can be archived.
What happens if I archive a Learning Path?
It is removed from active use and moved to the Archived tab, but can be restored later.
Can I restore an archived Learning Path?
Yes. Restored Learning Paths return as drafts and must be republished to become active again.
Progress, Tracking & User Experience
How is completion tracked?
Completion is automatically tracked as users progress through content and complete Knowledge Checks.
What happens when a user completes a Learning Path?
It is removed from their active queue, but all content remains accessible for reference.
Can users revisit content after completing a Learning Path?
Yes. Users can revisit all content in a Learning Path at any time after completion.
Can I track Learning Path performance?
Yes. Admins can view user and team-level completion data through Learning Path analytics or view the Learning dashboard in the Analytics tab.
