1. Log In with Your Spekit Account
To leave feedback, vote on requests, and track updates, you'll need to log in with your Spekit account. This gives you full visibility into feature requests and feedback posted by the Spekit team and the wider community.
- Click here to access Spekit's Canny Board, or access Canny directly from the Sidekick.
- Click Log in.
- Sign in using your Spekit account credentials.
2. Explore Feedback Boards
Canny organizes all feedback into a single board where you can share ideas, feature requests, and general feedback. Once you're logged in, you can:
- Browse existing posts submitted by other users and the Spekit team
- Vote on ideas and requests that resonate with you
- Track the status of posts you care about
3. How to Vote on Feedback Posts
Voting helps the Spekit team understand which features and improvements matter most to users. Here's how to vote:
- Browse the board and find a post that interests you.
- Click the post's vote button to add your vote. The button will change color to confirm your vote has been counted.
- To remove your vote, simply click the vote button again.
4. Submitting New Feedback
Have an idea or suggestion? Here's how to create a new post on the Feature Requests board:
- Navigate to the Feature Requests board on Spekit's Canny board.
- Fill out the feedback form with a title and a clear description of your idea or issue.
- Select a category to help organize your feedback.
- Click Submit. Your post will be visible to both the Spekit team and other users.
5. Tracking Updates and Progress
After submitting feedback or voting on a post, you'll automatically receive email notifications when the status of that post changes. Status updates follow this progression:
Open → Planned → In Progress → Complete
Notifications will be sent via email from notifications@canny.io, keeping you informed about the progress of the feedback you care about.
