How to grant Support access to Spekit
To help us triage issues and upload content to your org, follow these steps:
1.) From the Spekit WebApp profile page.
2.) Click on Grant Spekit support access or Renew access at the bottom of the page.
3.) Click Date.
4.) Pick a date in the future.
5.) Click the green checkmark.
The date you selected will now show:
How to check on a Support ticket
By logging into the Help Center, you can check on an already existing support ticket.
1.) Go the Spekit’s Help Center.
2.) Click Login and select Login to Help Center, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3.) Log in using your Spekit Help Center credentials.
You will be directed to the My requests page, where you can view and search for support tickets.
