As you embark on your offboarding journey with Spekit, we want to ensure a seamless transition for you. While we currently don't have an official offboarding documentation in place, here are the main steps we'll be taking to assist you.
1. Export Your Content
We understand the value of the information you've uploaded into Spekit. To ensure you can retain this knowledge, follow these steps to export your content.
This functionality is only available to Spekit Account Admins.
1.) Go to https://app.spekit.co/app/settings/customize/bulkUpload or go to Settings -> Admin Tools.
2.) Click on Download.
3.) Enter your Password to authorize the request to download the metadata files.
4.) Click Continue. The file will be downloaded in .xls format.
NOTE: When you export your data from Spekit, you are downloading the data in .xls format, including all text, images, files, and links.
2. Feedback Call
Schedule a feedback call to share your feedback with me regarding where we could have done better to support you and your team to be successful with Spekit. This can be feedback you have on the product, feedback regarding the services you received, and/or any other insight you'd like to share to help us improve.
Your CSM will connect with you to schedule a call.
3. Account Deactivation
At the conclusion of your subscription term, we will deactivate your Spekit account. Please be assured that we'll work closely with you to ensure this process is smooth and that any outstanding matters are resolved.
