- Submit your request
- Review and apply the updated version

3. Best Practices for Strong AI Outputs
Use the table below to get the best results when generating content with the AI Content Builder.
| Best Practice | What to Do | Example |
| Be Clear and Specific | Define the exact format and goal to avoid generic fluff. | "Create a 5-step onboarding checklist for SDRs focusing on lead qualification." |
| Provide Context | Specify the audience, tone, and intended platform. | "Rewrite this internal product update into a customer-friendly announcement for a deal room." |
| Ground in Reality | Attach Speks or transcripts to prevent AI "hallucinations." | "Use the attached discovery transcript to identify the prospect's top 3 pain points." |
| Direct Placement | Tell the AI exactly where to add or edit content. | "Insert a 'TL;DR' summary at the very top of this Spek based on the text below." |
| Iterate and Refine | Treat the first output as a draft; use follow-up prompts to polish. | "This is good, but make it 30% shorter and use more authoritative, confident language." |
| Structural Commands | Use formatting keywords to make the content "snackable." | "Convert this paragraph into a comparison table between our 'Pro' and 'Enterprise' tiers." |
| The "Human" Filter | Always validate for accuracy and company "voice." | Review and edit AI-generated facts against your latest 2026 pricing before publishing. |
