Who can assign a Topic?
Any Admin in that Team. They can also create a Topic for the Teams they are an Admin or Expert in.
If a Team Admin/Expert creates a Topic in Team A, can they add it to Team B?
Yes, this is possible if the person is a Team Admin or Expert on both Teams. They can assign the Topic to Team B too.
If there are multiple Admins and every Admin has created their Topics - can all Admins see all Topics?
No, only the Topics assigned to their Teams by an Account Admin or another Team Admin are viewable. UNLESS you are an Account Admin. Account Admins are cross-functional Admins who can decide to assign one of the Topics from Team A to Team B.
Spekit Roles - Account Admin vs. Team Admin:
- Account Admin - can see all content Topics and do everything in Spekit.
- Team Admin - can only manage content and users for the Team(s) they are assigned to.
