The Spekit Web App stays logged in for 96 hours.
Search Capabilities
What criteria does Search support?
Search returns results when a keyword matches any of the following fields:
Label (e.g., Account)
Label plural (e.g., Accounts)
Definition
Business process
Formula
Related picklist value labels (for picklist field Speks)
SFDC_API_namePartial matches are supported for all fields except
SFDC_API_name.
What characters does Search support?
Alphabets: All letters
Digits: 0–9 (any pattern)
Special characters: All characters except
{ +, -, !, (, ), {, }, [, ], ^, ", ~, *, ?, :, \\, =, /, &, | }
Content Export & Printing
How to print Speks to PDF
Printing to PDF is useful for hard copies, desktop reference, or in-person training handouts.
Steps:
Open the Spekit Web App, click on Team Hub, and select the Content tab.
Select one or more Speks (only Speks can be printed).

Click Bulk Actions → Print to PDF

Choose Print summary sections only or Print everything.
You’ll be redirected to a PDF preview page.
Click the browser menu (three dots (...)) and select Print, or press Ctrl + P.
Review the preview and click Print.
Optionally, change the destination to save the file to your desktop.
NOTE: Speks are always printed in alphabetical order, even if rearranged in the app.

How to upload a profile picture
Open the Spekit Web App.
Click Profile in the bottom-left corner.
Click the Pencil icon to edit.
Select Upload Photo.
Choose your image and click Open.
Click Save Changes.
