What is the Out-of-the-Box Content library?

Spekit customers don't have to start from scratch. Out-of-the-Box Content (previously called Templates) is a library of pre-built training content broken up into easy, digestible Topics and Speks covering key tools and processes. All Spekit customers have access to this library.

The content available ranges across a wide variety of categories including Getting Started Guides, Best Practices, Processes, Terminology, and more. Topics are available not only for Spekit itself but for many popular platforms, such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and others.

💡 Tip: The library is continuously growing, so it's worth checking back regularly to see if new content has been added that's relevant to your team. After importing, we recommend personalizing the Speks within each Topic to ensure the content is accurate for your organization.

 

How to Access Out-of-the-Box Content

How do I find the Out-of-the-Box Content library in Spekit?

You can access the library directly from the Spekit Web App:

  1. Open the Spekit Web App.
  2. Click Team Hub, then select Templates (the current in-app label for Out-of-the-Box Content).

 

How to Import Out-of-the-Box Content

How do I import content from the library into my Spekit instance?

  1. Navigate to the Library in the Spekit Web App.
  2. Browse through the available content Topics.
  3. Select the Topics you would like to import.
  4. Click Import Selected.
