What is a Topic?
A Topic is a "folder" that allows you to group your Speks (content). Speks can be added to multiple topics. Some examples of Topics may include “Onboarding: SDRs” “BDR: Objections” and “CSM: QBR Processes”
Topics Best Practices
- Topic Accessibility: Determined by the team(s) assigned to it.
- Make them Visual: Add icons to make Topics easier to sort
- Relate Topics to Web Applications: relate multiple Topics to your tools so that users have training, guidance, and answers a click away when working on the application.
- In the description, include the Topic focus, intent, and relevance.
