How to Contact Spekit Support
What are my options for reaching the Spekit Support team?
There are four ways to get in touch with the Spekit Customer Support team depending on your preference or the nature of your issue:
Option 1: Email Support
For any questions about the Spekit platform or general technical assistance, send an email to support@spekit.co. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Standard Support Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT
- Emergency / Outage Support: 24x7x365
Option 2: Chat with the Spekit Support Bot via the Help Center
You can get instant answers by chatting with the Spekit Support Bot directly in the Help Center. If the bot isn't able to resolve your issue, you can request to be connected to a live support agent.
- Go to Spekit's Help Center.
- Click the chat icon to open the Support Bot.
- Type your question or describe your issue.
- If the bot is unable to help, ask the bot to be connected to a live agent.
Option 3: Submit a Request via the Help Center
You can submit a support ticket directly from the Help Center using the Submit a request link found at the bottom of every Help Center page.
- Go to Spekit's Help Center and scroll to the bottom of any page, or click Submit a request directly.
- You'll be taken to the Submit a request form.
- In the Summary field, enter a short, descriptive title for your issue or question.
- In the Description field, provide a detailed description of your request. Where relevant, include:
- The feature name (e.g. Speks, AI Sidekick, Spotlight, DealRooms, Learning Paths)
- The platform (e.g. Spekit Webapp, Chrome Extension, Outlook Add-in)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Optionally, attach any relevant files or screenshots by clicking Add file or dropping files into the Attachments area.
- Click Submit to send your request to the Spekit Support team.
Option 4: Report a Bug via the Spekit Sidekick
If you're experiencing a specific issue with the Spekit Sidekick or its features, you can report it directly from within the extension.
- Open the Spekit Sidekick by clicking the Spekit icon in your browser.
- Click the ... (More) button in the top-right corner of the Sidekick panel.
- A dropdown menu will appear with options including Analytics, Settings, Web App, New in Spekit, Request feature, Report a bug, and Support.
- Select Report a bug to submit your issue directly to the Spekit team.
How to Grant Support Access to Spekit
How do I allow the Spekit Support team to access my org?
To help the Spekit Support team triage issues or upload content to your organization, you can grant them temporary access by following these steps:
- Go to your Spekit Web App profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Grant Spekit support access or Renew access if access was previously granted.
- Click Date to open the date picker.
- Select a date in the future for how long you'd like to grant access.
- Click the green checkmark to confirm.
The selected expiry date will now be displayed, confirming that support access has been granted.
How to View and Track Your Support Tickets
How do I check the status of an existing support ticket?
You can view and track all of your existing support tickets by logging into the Spekit Help Center.
- Go to Spekit's Help Center.
- Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select Login to Help Center.
- Enter your Spekit Help Center credentials to log in.
- You will be directed to the My Requests page, where you can view, search, and track the status of all your support tickets.
