1. Governance & Team Access
Granular permission controls allow you to secure sensitive information by limiting Topic visibility to authorized teams.
Editable Fields
- Metadata: Update Name, Description, or Icon.
- Structure: Change Parent/Child nesting relationships.
- Mapping: Add, edit, or remove targeted domains and paths.
Managing Access
- Control which teams can access the Topic. Within the Teams section, you can add or remove individual groups or select "Remove All."
- Lock Icon: Teams with "All Topics" permissions cannot be removed from individual Topics.

The global All Topics page is now a fully customizable landing page you can shape for your team.
