The Add-In isn’t showing up in Outlook

Restart Outlook or your browser.

Mac:
- Users won't be able to download files on both the desktop and web versions.
- The header may not be visible.
- Text on the recommendation cards might be overlapped on Mac desktops.
- Images inside the content may not load on Mac desktops.
- The Spekit plug-in may not show when 'Chrome Dev Tools' is opened, although this primarily affects certain Mac versions and may not impact the end-user.
Windows:
There are limitations with rendering images in Legacy Outlook versions.
Known Spekit Add-In for Outlook Limitations
When using the "Insert into Email" feature in the Spekit Add-In for Outlook, there are certain limitations to be aware of, particularly related to how Outlook handles content formatting.
Known Behavior:
If the Spek contains content that is incompatible with Outlook, only the text will be copied into the email body, and any other elements (such as tables or highlighted text) may not appear as intended.
Example Scenarios:
- Incompatible Formatting: If a table contains neon green highlighted text, the table and the highlighted text will not copy over. Only the text itself will be inserted into the email.
- Compatible Formatting: If the table and text are highlighted in a more generic color, such as blue, both the table and the highlighted text will copy over successfully.
This issue is related to how Outlook handles certain content types, not the Spekit Add-In for Outlook. For optimal results, adjust the content formatting when using this feature.
Mass Deployment Issues
