How to navigate the Spekit Add-In for Outlook

How do I open the Spekit Add-In inside Outlook?

The Spekit Add-In is only accessible when you are viewing or composing an email. Follow these steps to open it:

1. Open Outlook and either open an existing email thread or click New Mail to open the compose mode.

2. Once you are in the email view or compose window, look for the Spekit icon in the toolbar at the top of the email.
3. Click the Spekit icon to open the Spekit Add-In pane.

How do I pin the Spekit Add-In to my Outlook toolbar?

Pinning the add-in keeps the Spekit icon always visible in your toolbar so you don't have to search for it each time.

1. Open a new or existing email in Outlook to open the compose mode.
2. In the toolbar at the top of the email, click the All Apps icon (the grid of squares).

Click the ellipsis (…) in the top-right corner of the Spekit Add-In to access the following options:

• Open in browser: Opens Spekit in a new browser tab.
• Support: Opens the Spekit Help Center in a new tab, where you can access resources, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Logout: Logs you out of the Spekit Add-In for Outlook.
• Profile: Displays the account you're currently logged in with.
• Spekit Org: Shows which Spekit organization you're currently logged into.
