The Buyer Engagement Dashboard is your strategic intelligence center for understanding how content is influencing deals, engaging buyers, and driving revenue. It connects content activity directly to pipeline and closed-won data — so your team can stop guessing what works and start knowing what drives results.
1. What is the Buyer Engagement Dashboard?
The dashboard organizes data across three pillars:
- Sales Efficiency and Adoption: How consistently your team uses content to engage buyers.
- Buyer Intent and Engagement: What content buyers are consuming, which accounts are engaging, and when to follow up.
- Revenue and Deal Influence: The direct financial impact of shared content on pipeline and closed-won deals.
Why use it: Demonstrate content ROI to leadership, prioritize follow-up on high-intent accounts, coach your team using top performers, and optimize your content strategy around what actually drives results.
2. How to Access the Buyer Engagement Dashboard
Access Requirement: You must have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access.
- Open the Spekit Web App.
- Navigate to the Analytics tab.
- Click on the Buyer Engagement Dashboard.
