How do I navigate the Spekit Add-In for Outlook?

Learn how to navigate and use the Spekit Add-In for Outlook. Ensure you have the Spekit Add-In for Outlook downloaded before proceeding. Some sections may require you to have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access. 

 

Spekit Add-In for Outlook Top Navigation

Open the Spekit Add-In for Outlook. You will see the following navigation items at the top:

 

1. Search

2. Home

3. Support

 

1. Search

• Search Spekit directly from the Spekit Add-In for Outlook.
• In the Search bar, type in the term or process or keywords for the term you are looking for.   
• You can choose to filter by Speks and Files.  
• Select the most relevant result and click on it to open the details.

 

2. Home

• The Spekit Add-In for Outlook Home is your central hub for AI-powered content recommendations, tailored to the emails you're composing.
• Spekit delivers real-time, AI-driven suggestions, including sales enablement materials and guidance, directly within your workflow, aligning with your team's needs and buyer interests. Click here to learn more about Spekit AI Content Recommendations. 

 

3. Support

• By clicking the Support button, a new tab will launch with the Help Center.  

 

How to Share Content Externally

1.) Open the Spekit Add-In for Outlook.

2.) Search for the content you would like to share externally. 

3.) Hover over the content, and click the share icon. 

 

SMARTSEND CUSTOMERS ONLY: 

a.) Add a public name for the Share Link.

b.) Select the name of the Company you are sharing the content with (for internal tracking). To add a company name, just start typing!

c.) Decide if you would like to enable tracking on the content and if you'd like to require an email address to access the content. 

 

4.) Click Create Share Link. 

5.) Click Copy. 

6.) The link is now in your clipboard. You can paste the link wherever you would like to share the Spek externally.

 

 

How to Copy Spek Content into Emails

1.) Open the Spekit Add-In for Outlook.

2.) Find the Spek you would like to copy content from.

3.) Click Insert into Email. 

 

 

How to Download Files 

Please note, at this time, this functionality is only available for Windows users.

1.) Open the Spekit Add-In for Outlook.

2.) Find the File you would like to download. 

3.) Click the download icon.
