Keep the Gong connection healthy, and reconnect or disconnect it when you need to. This guide covers where to manage the connection and what happens if you disconnect.
ℹ️ Who this is for: Spekit Account Admins. Only an Account Admin can reach the Connections page and manage the Gong integration. To connect it the first time, see Setting up the Gong Integration.
1. Where to manage the connection
Admins manage the Gong connection in the Spekit Hub under Settings, then Connections. From there you can reconnect or disconnect it, and you can use the same page to re-establish the link later.
2. What happens if you disconnect
If you disconnect Gong:
- New call data stops syncing from Gong to Spekit right away.
- Calls that were already imported are generally kept in Spekit.
You can use the same Connections page to reconnect at any time.
💡 Pro tip: If reps report that new calls have stopped appearing, check the Connections page first to confirm Gong is still connected and the automation rule is enabled in Gong. A dropped rule status is a common cause. See Gong Integration Troubleshooting.
