Revenue Insights helps you work the deal in front of you and pick the content most likely to move it. This guide covers the everyday ways reps put engagement data to work.
ℹ️ Before you start: Your admin must have connected Revenue Insights. See Where to Find Your Engagement Data (Rep Guide) for where your data lives.
1. Follow up with the right contact
Engagement shows you which contact opened your content and how long they stayed. Send your follow-up to the person who is actually engaged, rather than defaulting to your main point of contact.
💡 Pro tip: A buyer who spent real time on your pricing or ROI content is signaling intent. Prioritize that person for your next touch.
2. Spot a stalling deal
When nobody on the buying committee has opened anything recently, that silence is a signal. Use it to re-engage before the deal goes cold, and lead with the asset the buyer previously spent the most time on.
3. Pick content that influences pipeline
In the Content list view, you can add columns for Influenced pipeline revenue and Influenced revenue won, then sort to see which content is tied to the most pipeline and closed-won revenue. This tells you which assets are actually working across the team, so you can include them in your next Deal Room. For the full walkthrough, see Find High-Performing Content in the List View (Rep Guide) in Salesforce for Embedded Enablement.
💡 Pro tip: Before you build your next Deal Room, sort the Content list by Influenced pipeline revenue. Starting from the content already tied to real pipeline is a smarter opening move than starting from your personal favorites.
