See exactly which content moves your deals by tying buyer engagement to your Salesforce pipeline. Revenue Insights connects the content your reps share through Deal Rooms and Trackable Links back to the Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts it belongs to. This overview covers what it does, how it differs from Salesforce for Embedded Enablement, who it is for, and where to go next.
ℹ️ Two separate Salesforce integrations: Revenue Insights ties engagement to pipeline for reporting. The Salesforce for Embedded Enablement integration documents your CRM fields and embeds that guidance right where reps work in Salesforce. They are separate connections, and many teams use both. This section covers Revenue Insights.
1. What Revenue Insights does
Revenue Insights answers a question content tools usually cannot: which content actually influenced a deal. It links buyer engagement from Deal Rooms and Trackable Links to the Salesforce records those deals live in, so engagement stops being anonymous activity and becomes pipeline you can measure.
Once connected, your Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, and Users resolve to engagement automatically. Sharing surfaces the right account and opportunity, prioritized by recent activity and ownership.
2. What you can see
| You can see... | So you can... |
|---|---|
| Engagement tied to a specific opportunity | Know which deal a buyer's activity belongs to, not just that a link was opened. |
| Revenue impact across won and open pipeline | Show the content influencing closed-won revenue and active deals. |
| Company and department level engagement | Understand who on the buying committee is engaged, and who is quiet. |
| Internal versus external views | Separate what your team looks at from what buyers look at. |
ℹ️ Good to know: Because Salesforce data maps across the product, engagement context also appears in other Spekit surfaces. When a piece of content is tied to an opportunity, that context surfaces in the Content list view as well, so reps and admins see the connection between content and the deals it supports. See Salesforce for Embedded Enablement for that side.
3. Who it is for
Revenue Insights serves three audiences, each with its own view:
- Reps see which content is influencing pipeline and can tie a Deal Room to its opportunity.
- Sales leaders see multithreading and engagement risk across the pipeline for better forecasting.
- RevOps and enablement see which content influences revenue, so they can invest in what works and retire what does not.
