3. How to enable Trackable Links

Activating Trackable Links is a two-phase process requiring coordination between your Spekit success team and your internal Account Admins.

 

Phase 1: Feature Activation

Please contact your Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or email support@spekit.co to have our team enable this feature for your organization.

 

Phase 2: Admin Configuration

Once enabled by Spekit, an Account Admin must manually activate the sharing permissions:

  1. Open the Spekit Web App.
  2. Click the Settings Icon β†’ Admin Tools tab.
  3. Click Share Settings.
  4. Toggle ON "Allow users to share content externally."
