You can run a Deal Room without leaving the page you are on. AI Sidekick (Spekit Chrome Extension) gives you the room, its numbers, and its content in a panel beside your work. This guide covers opening a room, what you can change from the panel, and what still needs Spekit Hub (Web App).
ℹ️ AI Sidekick is built for quick work between calls. Anything heavier, such as full analytics or detailed building, is faster in Spekit Hub (Web App).
1. Open a Deal Room
- Open AI Sidekick (Spekit Chrome Extension).
- Select My Hub, then Deal Rooms.
- Select the room you want.
Use Back at the top left to return to your list.
If you are already on the account's page in Salesforce, or on an email with that buyer in Gmail, the room surfaces on its own. See [Rep Guide] Find your deal in AI Sidekick.
2. What you see on a room
The room opens with your buyer's branding and the deal details across the top.

3. Add content and sections
Go to the Content tab. It lists the room's sections and content in the order your buyer sees them.

💡 Pro Tip: Add content from AI Sidekick while you are already looking at the thing you want to add. That is the whole point of working in the panel rather than switching tabs.
4. Reorder content
Reordering in AI Sidekick works differently from Spekit Hub (Web App). It opens as its own page rather than letting you drag items in place.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Open the reorder page.
- Move your sections and content into the order you want.
- Select Save changes.
⚠️ Your new order is not saved until you select Save changes. Leaving the page without saving loses it.
5. Room actions
The icon row at the top of the room holds the actions you need most.

ℹ️ Topics moved into the more menu in AI Sidekick. If you are looking for Topics and cannot see them, that is where they are.

💡 Pro Tip: Use AI Sidekick before a call and Spekit Hub after one. The panel tells you whether anything moved. The web app tells you what it means.
