Sidekick: your deal, in context
The use case: You're prepping for a call, or you just opened an email thread with a prospect, and you don't want to go dig through Salesforce, then Gong, then your deal room folder just to remember where things stand.
This is what Unified Deal Context (some of you may have heard this called "Deal Hub" — same feature, new name) is built for. Where it's turned on, Sidekick reads the Account or Opportunity tied to what you're working on and surfaces the related deal room, recent Gong calls, and content recommendations right in the sidebar — no tab switching.
How to access automatically
- In Gmail: Open AI Sidekick on any email you are replying to or composing - it will match based on the email domain
- In Salesforce: Open AI Sidekick on any opportunity
Finding your deal from anywhere in Chrome using Sidekick
The use case: You know the account name but you're not on that account's page — maybe you're in an email, maybe you're just in the Sidekick sidebar with a blank slate — and you want to pull up what you have without opening Salesforce.
Because Sidekick is grounded in the same synced Salesforce data, you can search for a deal by name directly in Sidekick from wherever you're working, and pull up the associated deal room, content, and (where Unified Deal Context is enabled) related call history — without leaving your flow of work.
How to access:
- Open AI Sidekick
- Click on My Deals
- Search for your Opportunity or Account
