How to View General Deal Room Analytics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App
2.) Hover over My Hub, and select Deal Rooms.
3.) In this view, you’ll see key details for each Deal Room, including:

Deal Room name
-
Associated Account
-
Linked Salesforce Opportunity
-
Creation Date
-
Total Content in the room
-
Total Viewers
-
A link to view Analytics for deeper insights
How to View a Specific Deal Room's Analytics
1.) Open the Spekit Web App
2.) Hover over My Hub, and select Deal Rooms.
3.) Click the Analytics link next to the Deal Room you want to review. This opens a detailed analytics view with insights on engagement and content performance.
4.) From the Analytics view, you'll be able to see:

Deal Room Name
-
Linked Salesforce Opportunity, Associated Account, Amount, Stage, and Owner

Creation Date and Last Viewed Date
-
Total Viewers, Total Views, and Total Time Spent Viewing
-
Recent Activity
-
Content Activity: A breakdown of each asset's last viewed date, total views, and time spent viewing.
