Understanding Recent Activity Analytics

Recent Activity Analytics gives you a real-time view of how buyers are engaging with your Deal Room, so you can take timely, informed action.

Use this view to:

  • Prioritize follow-ups: Identify who is actively engaging based on recent views and time spent, and reach out while your content is still top of mind.
  • Understand stakeholder involvement: See which individuals (and their roles, when tied to a Salesforce opportunity) are interacting with your content to map out the buying committee.
  • Spot engagement signals: High time spent or repeat views can indicate strong interest, while low engagement may signal a need to re-engage or adjust your approach.
  • Prepare for conversations: Before a call, quickly review what a prospect has recently viewed so you can tailor your discussion and avoid repeating information.
  • Drill into specifics: Use the ellipsis () to access detailed analytics for a specific link and better understand how that individual piece of content is performing.

Understanding Content Activity Analytics

Content Activity Analytics helps you evaluate how each piece of content is performing across your Deal Room, so you can optimize what you share and when.

Use this view to:

  • Identify high-performing content: See which assets get the most views and engagement, and reuse them in other deals.
  • Optimize your content strategy: If certain content has low views or engagement, consider repositioning it, replacing it, or removing it altogether.
  • Align content to deal stages: Understand which materials resonate at different points in the sales cycle and adjust your Deal Room structure accordingly.
  • Measure effectiveness over time: Track trends in views and time spent to see how engagement evolves as the deal progresses.
  • Guide content creation: Use insights from top-performing assets to inform future content, messaging, and formats.
