This first iteration of Spekit AI Content Recommendations is optimized for two key use cases: content recommendations for meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up.
Spekit will recommend relevant Speks and Files (.PDF, .PPTX, etc.) within the supported applications of Gmail, Outlook (Browser), Chorus, Gong, and Salesloft. We will gradually add support for more applications and use cases as we validate the quality of the Spekit AI Content Recommendations and user experience.
Any time you compose an email to a prospect or review a call recording, you can test Spekit AI Content Recommendations.

This Beta program aims to help us understand which use cases our AI-powered Content Recommendations handle really well, and which ones it doesn’t, so that we can optimize our algorithm and user experience. We are specifically looking for feedback on:
- Capabilities: Are the Spekit AI Content Recommendations provided to you in the Chrome Extension helpful and in line with what you would expect based on the context of your email (Gmail or Outlook (Browser)) and/or call overview (Chorus or Gong)? What’s most valuable? What’s missing?
- User experience: Is the functionality intuitive? Is there anything you assumed would happen or be shown that isn’t?
- Technical issues: What, if any, bugs and glitches are you running into?
Before You Test: Get the latest version of Chrome Extension
1. Update Your Extension: Make sure you have the latest version of the Spekit Chrome Extension installed on your browser. Follow these instructions to verify.

Testing and Accessing Spekit AI Content Recommendations
Start from any email or call recording, click on the Spekit Dock or Chrome Extension to open the Sidebar, and you will see a new “For you” section.
Each time you test, please report on the quality, accuracy, or helpfulness of the Spekit AI Content Recommendations displayed using the in-app feedback tool.

- Do these Spekit AI Content Recommendations align with what was covered in the call or written in the email?
- Is the Spekit AI Content Recommendation a logical next step of internal knowledge for you to review (ie. a battle card related to the competitor mentioned) or content to share with your prospect (ie. case study or product collateral related to their use case).

- Hover over the result and click Yes to give feedback.

If you’re looking at a Spekit AI Content Recommendation and it’s not relevant to your email or call sumary, hover over the result and click No if not.
- If No, a new window will populate asking for why it was not helpful. As much as possible, please select an option other than Other.
- Note: When you give “No” feedback on a Spekit AI Content Recommendation, it’ll automatically be replaced with a new Spekit AI Content Recommendation 🥳

How are Spekit AI Content Recommendations ordered?
Spekit AI Content Recommendations are ordered based on how much they match the content on the webpage. The higher the match, the higher the Spekit AI Content Recommendation will sit in the Chrome Extension. Spekit will also take into consideration the typos, word proximity, and singular/plural forms of words.
