Filters are used to find specific content that you are looking for. If you don’t recall what the title of a Spek is, this is a great place to begin the hunt. Using the Filter, you can search by Spek Type or the individual who created the Spek!
What can you Filter by in Spekit?
You can filter by the following:

- Status
- Sharing Permission

- Experts
- Custom or Standard (Salesforce)
- Field Types
- Start and End Dates
Content Type
- Custom Speks
- Salesforce Fields
- Salesforce Objects
- Salesforce Picklist Values
- Files
Status
- Documented: Speks that have been defined
- Undocumented: Speks that have not been defined
Sharing Permission
- Only Spekit Users
- Externally
Topics
- Any Topic you have access to in Spekit
- Speks not in any Topic
Experts
- Content by specific Spek experts
- Content not assigned to an Expert
Custom or Standard (Salesforce)
- All Types
- Custom Types
- Standard Types
Field Types
- Select specific Field Types, such as Address, Currency, Date, Location, Phone, etc.
Start and End Dates
- Spekit Import Date
