Revenue Insights gives admins both org-wide dashboards and a deep dive on any single piece of content. This guide covers the Buyer Engagement dashboard, the Deals Dashboard, and the analytics on an individual piece of content, including its Buyer engagement tab.
ℹ️ Before you start: A Salesforce Admin must have connected Revenue Insights. See Setting up Salesforce for Revenue Insights. This view is available to Account Admins, Team Admins, and Experts.
1. The org-wide Buyer Engagement dashboard
The organization-wide view lives under the Analytics tab, then Buyer Engagement. It is a full dashboard with filters at the top and several grouped sections below. Data refreshes hourly.
Filters. Narrow the whole dashboard by Timeframe, Teams, User, User Role, Topics, and Content Name. Two toggles control scope: Include Customized Content and Exclude Archived Deal Rooms / Deleted Content.
The six KPI cards across the top:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Influenced Pipeline ($) | Total pipeline from opportunities tied to shared content. |
| Influenced Revenue Won ($) | Total closed-won revenue from opportunities tied to shared content. |
| Total Buyer Views | Total external views across your shared content. |
| Influenced Pipeline Opportunities | Count of open opportunities with engaged buyers. |
| Total Account Sent Content | Count of accounts content has been sent to. |
| Influenced Won Opportunities | Count of won opportunities that had buyer engagement. |
The dashboard then breaks down into grouped sections:
- Buyer Engagement: charts for Pipeline Opps with Engaged Buyers (over time) and Largest Influenced Deals Closed Won, plus tables for Deal Rooms with the most Buyer Engagement and Deal Rooms Associated with Won Opportunities.
- Content Performance: "Which departments engage the most" (by department), Top Engaged Accounts, Top pipeline-impacting content, Top revenue-impacting content, and Top Engaged Content.
- Deal Room Adoption: Users creating Deal Rooms, Total Deal Rooms Created, Top Deal Room users, Reps with most Deals Won with Deal Rooms, and Reps with most Revenue Closed Won by Deal Rooms.
- Trackable Link Adoption: Users creating trackable links, Total sends with trackable links, Trackable links sent (over time), and User creating trackable links.
- Overall Content Engagement: filter by Account and Deal Room, Top Shared Content Themes, and a Shared Content table (content, type, added on, user, user type, Deal Room, total views, customized, parent name).
ℹ️ Note on customized Deal Room content: Some customized Deal Room content may not be accessible from the dashboard due to permission settings. Spekit is actively updating this so you will be able to click into specific Deal Room content directly.
💡 Pro tip: Set the Timeframe and Team filters first, before you read the cards. The six KPIs recalculate to whatever the filters are set to, so a number only means what you think it means once the scope is set.
2. The Deals Dashboard
The Deals Dashboard (under the Analytics tab, then Deals) is built for pipeline and forecasting. It surfaces where deals are at risk and how Deal Rooms are influencing revenue. Like the Buyer Engagement dashboard, it has filters at the top and grouped sections below.
Filters. Teams, User, Close Date, Include Customized Content, Stage Name, Exclude Archived Deal Rooms / Deleted Content, and Exclude Deleted Users.
The four KPI cards (under "Revenue Impact"):
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Open Opportunities with Deal Rooms ($) | Total open pipeline that has a Deal Room attached. |
| # of Open Opportunities with Deal Rooms | Count of open opportunities with a Deal Room. |
| Total Deal Room Visits On Open Opportunities | Total visits to Deal Rooms on open deals. |
| Total Unique Deal Room Visitors On Open Opps | Count of unique buyers visiting those rooms. |
Alongside the cards, Open Deal Rooms By Rep ranks reps by their number of open Deal Rooms.
Deal risk tables. The "Review these potential deal risks" group is the most actionable part for a rep or manager:
| Table | What it surfaces |
|---|---|
| Ghosting Risk | Deal Rooms on open opportunities with no engagement in the last 7 days, with owner, opportunity, Deal Room, close date, stage, deal size, last viewed, time spent, views, unique buyers, and content count. |
| Multithreading Risk | Deal Rooms with fewer than 3 unique buyers, so you can spot single-threaded deals. |
| All Active Deal Rooms With Opps Closing Soon | Active Deal Rooms tied to opportunities nearing close, with full deal detail. |
| Deal Rooms With Recent Engagement | Rooms with the most recent buyer activity, newest first. |
| Deal Rooms With No Engagement | Open-opportunity rooms that have never been engaged. |
Deal Room Adoption and Impact. This group shows the revenue story:
| Metric or chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Users creating Deal Rooms | Count of reps who have created Deal Rooms. |
| Pipeline Influenced by Deal Rooms ($) | Total pipeline influenced. |
| # of Opportunities with Won Deal Rooms | Count of won opportunities that had a Deal Room. |
| Won Opportunities with Deal Rooms ($) | Total closed-won revenue influenced by Deal Rooms. |
| Deal Room Created (chart) | Deal Rooms created per month over time. |
| Reps with most Deals Won with Deal Rooms | Ranking of reps by deals won. |
| Largest Influenced Deals Closed Won | Biggest won opportunities by deal size. |
| Reps with most Revenue Closed Won by Deal Rooms | Ranking of reps by revenue won. |
| Which departments engage the most | Engagement broken down by buyer department. |
| Won/Closed pct (Had Deal Room vs No Deal Room) | Win-rate comparison for deals with a Deal Room versus without. |
💡 Pro tip: The Ghosting Risk and Multithreading Risk tables are the two to check weekly. Ghosting Risk tells you which live deals have gone quiet, and Multithreading Risk tells you which are riding on a single contact. Both are early warnings you can still act on.
💡 Pro tip: The "Had Deal Room vs No Deal Room" win-rate comparison is your best internal case for adoption. If the Deal Room win rate is higher, that chart is the argument for getting more reps to use them.
3. Analytics on a single piece of content
To see how one asset is performing, open the content in the Spekit Web App, click into it, and open Analytics.
This is the per-content analytics view, and it shows two rows of metrics.
Engagement
| Metric | What it tracks |
|---|---|
| Internal views | How often your team viewed the content. |
| Times cited as source in AI | How often the AI Sidekick used this content as a source. |
| Internal shares | Shares among your team. |
| External shares | Shares out to buyers. |
Value & governance
| Metric | What it tracks |
|---|---|
| Influenced pipeline revenue | Pipeline from opportunities tied to a Deal Room or Trackable Link this content appeared in. |
| Influenced revenue won | Closed-won revenue from opportunities tied to a Deal Room or Trackable Link this content appeared in. |
| # of Deal Rooms used in | How many Deal Rooms include this content. |
| Total external views | Total views from outside your organization. |
4. The Buyer engagement tab
Inside a piece of content's Analytics, the Buyer engagement tab tracks every time that content is shared through a Trackable Link or Deal Room, down to the individual viewer.
It is the same buyer-engagement data reps can see in their own views, surfaced here in the content analytics where viewers cannot see it.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Who viewed the content, with name and company. |
| Source | The Deal Room or Trackable Link it was shared through. |
| Last viewed | The most recent view date. |
| Time spent | How long they spent viewing. |
| Downloads and shares | Whether they downloaded or shared it onward. |
The tab header summarizes reach, for example "25 external viewers across 5 Deal Rooms and 1 Trackable Link." You can sort by teams, and download the data to CSV to export it for reporting.
💡 Pro tip: Export the Buyer engagement CSV before a deal review or QBR. Viewer-level engagement tied to the opportunity is powerful evidence in a forecast conversation, and the export lets you bring it into your own reporting.
5. See it in the Data Dictionary too
Influenced pipeline revenue and influenced revenue won are not only in the dashboards. They also appear as columns in the Content list view in the Spekit Web App, so you can sort content by the pipeline and revenue it has influenced. This is how reps put the same data to work when choosing what to include in a Deal Room. For the walkthrough, see Find High-Performing Content in the List View in Salesforce for Embedded Enablement, and How to Use Revenue Insights.
6. Get these insights by email
Rather than digging through every table, you can ask both the Buyer Engagement and Deals dashboards questions in plain language. The Dashboard Agent is an AI assistant built into every Analytics dashboard: click the ✨ sparkle icon in the bottom right of a dashboard and ask things like "which content is driving the most influenced pipeline?" or "which Deal Rooms are associated with our largest won opportunities?" You can focus it on a single chart for more targeted answers.
For the full guide, see How to use the Dashboard Agent.
💡 Pro tip: Focus the Agent on one chart before asking, by clicking the chart or using its "Ask a follow-up question" menu. A scoped question like "which reps have the lowest Trackable Link adoption?" gets a sharper answer than a broad one across the whole dashboard.
