Scenario:
You have previously set up a connection from Salesforce to Spekit. When you go to Connect and click Sync Now you receive a red error in the bottom left that says "Could not complete sync."
Possible Reasons:
- The Salesforce user used to originally connect to Spekit is no longer an active user in Salesforce.
- Resolution: Contact your Salesforce administrator and ensure the user listed next to "Connected by" has not been disabled.
- The Salesforce user does not have the required permissions to sync to Spekit.
- Resolution: Update the Salesforce User Profile to meet the requirements.
- The Salesforce OAuth token is no longer valid or needs to be reset.
- Resolution: Contact Spekit Support to assist you in resetting this.
