WEB APP AND CHROME V6.25.0
Enhancements
Now, you can add a step when editing a Flow.
You can now add a step when editing or previewing a Flow. No more starting from scratch if you forget a step, or when your processes change and you need to tweak the walkthrough.
Here’s how it works:
In the below scenario, we’ve created a Flow for a new opportunity in Salesforce and are in ‘Edit and Preview’ mode.
There’s a new option on the left side menu – ‘Add a Step’.
This is where you can add a step to your Flow, then select ‘Stop’ from the left-side menu when you’re finished.
Share topics AND keep everyone in their workflow
You can now share topics from the Chrome extension and, when you do, they’ll open in the Spekit sidebar instead of the web app. We’ve added a share button that instantly creates a link allowing you to send topics to users. When they click on the link, the topic and its related speks will open in their Spekit sidebar without disrupting their workflow.
Other Improvements
- We improved the relevance of search results. We’ve improved the quality of results that surface when searching for topics. If there are no results to your search, you will see a ‘no results’ message.
- We fixed the “floating Flows step” issue. When previewing a Flow, the first step would sometimes convert to a floating step and prevent you from finishing your Flow. No more floating into oblivion!
- We enhanced our ‘log back in’ prompt. You may have noticed that the Spekit sidebar sometimes prompted you to log in when you were already logged in. This could happen if your device had low internet connectivity or wasn’t connected to wifi. This is now resolved to only remind the user if they are actually logged out.
