As an Account Admin from app.spekit.co/
1 ) Click the Settings (gear) icon
2 ) Click Invite - You will see three options for the Manage Invites screen
- Invite Salesforce users - if you have already connected to Salesforce and want to invite Salesforce users, this option allows users to login with their Salesforce credentials and not have to remember a second login
- Invite users by email - this option will ask you to create a Spekit username and the user will create their own password when they receive the invite
- Pending invites - allows the Account Admin to see who still needs to accept their Spekit invites

1 ) The Account Admin can select from Salesforce users by profile to send a Spekit invite to -From the Invite with email screen 1) The Account Admin will enter the following information for each person
- First Name
- Last Name
- Create the Spekit Username (this is required if your organization does not use the Salesforce integration)
2 ) Click the blue Choose team and role button - A pop up will appear in the center of the screen - Select a team and role in this team
3 ) Click the drop down to add the Team for the user - for the example I selected the default All Spekit Users team
4 ) Click Select team-specific role drop down to select from the roles of:
- Viewer
- Expert
- Team Admin
5 ) Click the blue Add # user button
- From the Pending Invites screen - The Account Admin can keep tabs on who has accepted and who still has a pending Spekit invite in their inbox
