Detailed user analytics are available for the Spekit Web App. You must have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access to the Analytics tab on the Web App.
How to review overall Spekit user activity
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard.
Scroll down to the following table:
Here you will be able to see user engagement in your organization's Spekit. This table will populate users:
- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Activity
- Total Speks Marked as Read
- Total Number of Searches
- Total Number of Spek Views
- Total Number of Spek Reactions
How to filter user data
You will be able to filter user data in three different ways:
Option 1: Use drop-downs at the top of the page
At the top of the User Activity Dashboard, you will see two empty drop-downs for User and Date Range. By setting these drop-downs, the data will filter by the option selected.
Option 2: Use the funnel-icon
On the right-hand side of the user tables, click on the funnel icon.
Option 3: Sort table columns
By clicking the column headers of the table, you will be able to sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.
See which Speks your users are returning to view
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard. Scroll down to the Views table:
From here, you can see all of the Spek views in your organization's Spekit. Spek views allow content creators to see what content is the most helpful and what content may need to be adjusted.
This table will populate with the following data:
- View Date
- User Name
- Spek Name
- User Email
- User Teams
- User Type
- Spek Type
- View Source
- Spek Link
See what terms your users are searching to understand content needs
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard. Scroll down to the Searches table:
From here, you can see all of the searches for Speks in your organization's Spekit. Searches are a great way for content creators to see if new Speks need to be updated or created for specific phrases.
This table will populate with the following data:
- Search Date
- User Name
- Search Term
- User Email
- User Teams
- User Type
See what Speks your users are reacting to the most
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard. Scroll down to the Reactions table:
From here, you can see all of the Spek reactions in your organization's Spekit. Reactions allow anyone on your Team to give a simple sentiment response so content creators can quickly improve (or celebrate!) training.
This table will populate with the following data:
- Reaction Data
- User Name
- Reaction
- Spek Name
- User Email
- User Teams
- User Type
- Spek Type
- Spek Link
See which Speks your users are marking as read
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard. Scroll down to the Marked as Read table:
From here, you can see all of the Speks marked as read in your organization's Spekit. Marked as read is a great way for content creators to know that their Speks have been fully read and not just skimmed through.
This table will populate with the following data:
- Date Spek Marked as Read
- User Name
- Spek Name
- Spek Type
- Spek Link
See which Knowledge Checks are being completed by user
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the User Activity Dashboard. Scroll down to the Knowledge Checks Completed table:
From here, you can see all of the Knowledge Checks completed in your organization's Spekit and user engagement. Knowledge Checks allow users to show how much information they have retained from important content.
This table will populate with the following data:
- Knowledge Check Name
- User Name
- Completed Date
- Percent Correct
