Detailed content analytics are available for the Spekit Web App. You must have Account Admin, Team Admin, or Expert-level access to the Analytics tab on the Web App.
How to review Topics
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Topics Dashboard.
Scroll down to the following table:
From here, Admins can review Topic details, assign Topics to Teams, and review Topics to prevent duplicate content. This table will populate a Topic's:
- Topic Name
- Total Speks
- Total Teams
- Topic Teams
How to review Speks
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Topics Dashboard.
Scroll down to the following tables:
Here you can review Speks within Topics and Speks with no Topic. Admins can review what Speks are in each Topic and report on which Speks are not assigned to Topics. These tables will populate a Spek's:
- Spek Name
- Total Views
- Spek Link
- Spek Topics
How to filter content
You can filter Speks in four different ways:
Option 1: Use the drop-down at the top of the page.
At the top of the Spek Management Dashboard, you will see two empty drop-downs for Experts and Spek Type. By setting these drop-downs, the data will filter by the option selected.
Option 2: Use the Team or Topic drop-down
On the top of the tables, there will be a drop-down for Teams or Topics. Select a Team or Topic to filter the data on the table.
Option 3: Use the funnel-icon
On the right-hand side of the table, click on the funnel icon.
You can filter the data by the following information:
- Spek Name
- Total View
- Spek Link
- Spek Topics
Option 4: Sort table columns
By clicking the column headers of the table, you can sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.
How to review content
You can review any Spek by clicking on the Spek Link. This will open up a new tab with the Spek where you can edit the content.
How to update a Topic
1.) Review the Topics in the Topics and Teams table.
2.) Identify which Topic you would like to update.
3.) Set the search bar to Topics.
4.) Enter in the Topic you would like to update, and hit Search.
5.) Click on the Topic you would like to update.
6.) Click Edit Topic.
7.) From here, you can update and change any of the following information:
- Topic Name
- Topic Description
- Icon
- Domains
- Teams that can access the Topic
8.) When you're done updating the Topic, click Save Topic.
How to assign Speks to a Topic
1.) Review the Speks with no Topic table.
2.) Identify a Spek you would like to assign to a Topic.
3.) Click Link to Spek. A new tab will open with the Spek pulled up on the web-app.
4.) Click Edit.
5.) Select the Topic(s) you would like to assign the Spek to.
6.) Click Save.
