How to find content

How to filter content
You will be able to filter Speks in three different ways:
Option 1: Use the drop-down at the top of the page.
At the top of the Spek Management Dashboard, you will see two empty drop-downs for Experts and Spek Type. By setting these drop-downs, the data will filter by the option selected.
Option 2: Use the funnel-icon
On the right-hand side of the Spek table, click on the funnel icon.
You will be able to filter the Speks by the following information:
- Name
- Type

Option 3: Sort table columns
By clicking the column headers of the table, you will be able to sort each column. An arrow will appear next to the header indicating that the column is being sorted.
How to review content
You will be able to review any Spek by clicking on the Spek Link. This will open up a new tab with the Spek where you will be able to edit the content.
How to update out-of-date content
1.) Set the Freshness setting to Stale.
2.) Sort the Days Since Edit to identify the old content.
3.) Click a Spek Link to review the potentially out-of-date Spek.
4.) Now that you have the content in front of you, you will need to think about the following:
- Is this content still relevant and useful? | If yes, keep and update the Spek.
- Is there newer or better content elsewhere? | If yes, merge the content or delete the Spek.
- Should I preserve this content for historical reasons? | If yes, move the Spek to an Archive Topic or Team Space.
5.) Update the Spek accordingly, and move on to the next Spek!
How to review Spek engagement
Open the Spekit Web App. Navigate to the Analytics tab, and click on the Spek Management Dashboard. Scroll down to the Spek Interactions table:
From here, you will be able to see all of the Speks in your organization's Spekit and the number of interactions. Reactions allow anyone on your Team to give a simple sentiment response so content creators can quickly improve (or celebrate!) training.
